Planning software for advisory firms

Planning that reaches the client meeting.

Build the plan, present it, and share an interactive version the client opens at home.

The retirement analysis screen, showing a 14 percent Monte Carlo probability of success, portfolio value at retirement, and the age at which assets deplete.

Capabilities

The whole plan in one tool

Projection engine

Straight-line projections for the base case, and a Monte Carlo run for the question every client eventually asks: what if markets do not cooperate.

1,000 trials per run

Social Security timing

Every claiming age modelled against SSA formulas, including spousal and survivor benefits.

Ages 62 to 70

Tax modelling

Retirement tax projection and Roth conversion scenarios, so the conversion conversation happens with numbers on screen.

2024 federal brackets

Presentation mode

Full-screen slides driven by the plan data, with keyboard navigation and disclosures already attached. Nothing gets exported to slides first.

Built from the live plan

Client portal

Share a link. The client verifies by email, then moves retirement age and spending against a projection that recalculates as they drag.

Email verified, expiring links

PDF export

The same plan as a document, with charts and disclosures, for the clients who still want paper in a folder.

Generated from the plan

One system of record, start to finish

The plan you build is the plan you present and the plan the client opens. Nothing is re-keyed between stages.

Build

Enter the household once. Income, expenses, accounts and holdings, liabilities, goals. Spouse data is first-class, not a second profile you maintain separately.

Present

Switch to presentation mode in the meeting. Full screen, keyboard driven, charts rendered from the same numbers you just entered.

Share

Generate a link with an expiry you choose. The client verifies by email and explores their own plan, so the conversation continues after they leave.

The plan does not end when the meeting does

Most plans are a PDF the client opens once. This one is a link they come back to, and every time they move a slider they are answering their own question instead of emailing you.

  • Retirement age and spending recalculate the projection live.
  • Access requires a verification code sent to the client's email.
  • Links carry an expiry you set, and can be revoked at any time.
  • Every firm's data is isolated. Clients only ever see their own plan.

Prospects and plans in the same place

Planning tools usually assume your CRM lives somewhere else. This one includes contacts, a pipeline, activities and tasks, so a prospect becomes a client without re-entering their details.

The pipeline board, showing opportunities grouped by stage with their value and expected close date.

See it with your own client data

The fastest way to judge planning software is to put a real household through it. Send a note and we will walk one of yours through the whole flow.
